Complete a Plugnote

Hi, everyone, my name is Camille, and I'll show you how you can complete your first Plugnote. In order to do so, you can go to one of your folders and directly click on the place, or you can enter the folder to see its content. At this stage, we don't have completed any Plugnotes yet. To complete your first one, just click on the plus, you will then see an empty folder indicating for each field which type of data you should enter.

In the case of a date, you can easily select a date with the agenda. For a drop-down list, you can select the concerned item. Here you can directly write your name. And in the comment, which is a memo format, you can enter a longer text. Finally, for this drop-down, you can also select an item. In the location of the attachments, you can drop files directly into here or you can add a note.

And you will soon be able even to attach emails. When completing a form from your phone, you will even be able to take pictures, scan documents, take audio notes, etc.

On your Web, you're only able to drag and drop existing files on your desktop or in the cloud. In the end, don't forget to save your Plugnotes, which will then be available in your list of Plugnotes.
