Share a form with others

Hi, everyone, my name is Camille, and I'll quickly show you how you can easily share your form with anyone, users or non-users of Plugnotes.

You can either go on the options of your folder and click on the QR codes, or you can enter your folder, and access the options through the menu. When clicking on <send form>, you will generate a code and the code will be a link, an alphanumeric code, or a QR code that will give access to your form.

But first, you can authorize or not, the addition of attachments. You can also request to receive a notification every time someone completes your form, and you can even add other email addresses that should be notified of a Plugnotes completion.

Finally, you can add a description to it, to make sure that anyone who would receive the link, the Plugcode, or the QR code would be able to identify to which form it belongs. At any time, you will be able to delete the Plugcode, however, be careful because if you do so, the QR codes, links, and alphanumeric codes that will be shared already won't be accessible anymore.

B. Mobile

You can select your favorite methods to share a form :

• Link: same method as other Form providers, share a link

• Code: share the alphanumeric code that can be encoded in the app or on www.plugcodes.com

• Qr-code: share a QR-code that can be scanned through the app or with the camera of a phone
