What brought on the change

The company was recently taken over by three partners who aim to ensure continuity of service and dream of optimizing existing processes. Despite quality work that is much appreciated by their clients, management spent too much time overseeing the administrative follow-up of files.

To start a project, they had to go to the customer and list each item on paper. They would then take pictures of all the objects with a camera.
